Tiffany Gunaratne of Randall Manor passed away on July 22, 2006.
Cherished daughter of Ajantha and Surangani (Sue). Loving sister of Sandra, Christopher and Alysia.
Tiffany was the third of four children and the center of love, she was always happy never got her
self to bordem, Tiffany liked to occupy herself with her own art projects and playing with her
little sister, her favorites were playing with the babie dolls and playing pet shop or playing
school, she always chose to be the teacher and enjoyed that part and she mentioned to her mom that
oneday she wanted to become a teacher though she was curious to find out what job paid the most.
Tiffany loved helping around the house she enjoyed doing little chores for her mom. Tiffany was a
gentle soul very loving, kind, caring, beautiful, smart, talented, artistic and she also loved
nature and the animals in it.
Tiffany attended reacently closed St.Pauls school of Staten Island New York, she was an outstanding
student with straight A's. Her teacher's loved her, she was not satisfied unless she got
90 or above on her tests.
Tiffany celebrated her b'day on July14th actually she celebrated three days in a row including
going to the beach on the 16th which was one of her wishes......just three days after On that
fateful day of July 17th 2006 she just woke up in the morning and told her father that she was going
to take the little poodle out to the front yard.A stray that was found in front of the house three
months ago. The mom did not have the heart to drop the dog off at a shelter since he was at a very
bad state of health fearing he would be put to sleep. After she brought him back to life she was
looking for a home for the little poodle though Tiffany constantly nagged her mom to keep it. Next
nobody knows what happened ................
Tiffany's intent was to save the poodle that ran to the street, only to get hit herself by the
car while standing on the sidewalk. The lady who drove the car said she never saw Tiffany she only
saw the dog and swerved the car to avoid the dog but did not know she had hit Tiffany. She was
critically injured and kept in a drug induced coma for the next 5 days. The doctors and the staff at
the hospital were trying to tell Tiffany's parents that there is nothing they could do for her,
which is the worst thing that any parent could ever want to hear and they should consider organ
donation. Though they finally agreed to after a long, agonising and painful week, they were
devastated to the fact that they couldn't take their daughter home.
Tiffany was a beautiful child inside and out. As mentioned she loved animals, loved
drawing, and loved life. She celebrated her birthday on July 14th her parents granted all her wishes
and she was very happy.
We miss you so very much Tiffany, fly with the angels little one.

Happy birthday Tiffany, by now it's already a year that you are not with us, but we want you to know that you are truly missed. You are always in our thoughts and prayers. I want you to watch over your family, they need you and they miss you like crazy. They hope that one day that they will see you soon. Know that you are in a better place right now and you don't have to worry. You are safe in god hands and he has taken away all of your pain. There should be nothing but goodness that follow you now. Happy 1st Birthday In Heaven
Tiffany - I know you will remember me because I'm Jonathan's mom and Jon and Chris have been friends since kindergarten. You are so very missed in this world, Tiffany. You were a beautiful and good little girl. Our world is drab and dismal without your sunny smile and pretty face here. When I met you, you were just an infant, since Jon and Chris are about 4 years older than you. Your mom Sue always said (at the time) that you were such a good baby and later you were a blessing to your family and all who knew you. Do you remember when Chris, Frank and Jon used to go over to the pond near your house and play? Or the many times your mom would give me and Jon a ride home while you were sitting in the booster seat? I'll never forget the day Jon and I came over and I gave you the little blue and pink purse with the letter 'T' on it - you were so excited with a 'big girl' bag. It seems like a thousand years ago now.
I know that you are happy in Heaven because your suffering is over - our suffering is endless and it will continue until we meet again. Tiffany, today is your birthday, but I have a request: please watch over your family, especially your dearest Mommie (ammi). She is the most beautiful, caring and loving human being I know. Bless all of the people who have loved you Tiffany, and know that we'll meet again, some sunny day.
Birthday message to my baby in heaven
Darling Tiffany, we love you and miss you very much, everyday it gets harder and harder knowing you are not here with us. Everybody is sending their love to you and hoping that our journey somehow will end soon on this earth so we all could be together again because life without you in this world is impossible. What makes it real hard is every second I imagine you growing up and a year older. I feel you around me all the time though you are not with us. I see your face in front of me every second. The most important thing is you are with us all the time spiritually. baby we miss you so much there are no words in this world to explain it.

Tribute to my beautiful daughter
Darling Tiffany baby,I love you and miss you very much every second. it is going to be a year soon since you were taken away to heaven, I wish I knew that your time with us was to end so soon. I am imagining you soon to be one more year older and prettier... though you are not here you are growing up in front of my eyes every single second, smiling, dancing and happy... doing the things you love to do everyday. everybody misses you terribly and feel sad that you are not here with us. I know you are watching us from above every second, feeling sad when we are sad and feeling happy when we are happy..... but you have to realize it is not easy living without you, every single day is so long, It is like we are in a never ending dark tunnel trying to reach the light at the other end, which doesn't seem like we are going to reach, for everybody it is a very tiring journey. That is because we love you so much and miss you, it is unimaginable to explain when you are in heaven but I know you understand how we feel. I hope somehow you will come back to our lives one more time so we could hold on to you forever..... Thatti, Sandy, Chris and little chinker are sending there.. LOVE.. HUGGS...AND... KISSES...TO..
